Job Overview
The Regional Client Liaison Officer (CLO) for Cash Processing will be based in Durban, KwaZulu‑Natal. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the role oversees daily branch operations, ensures deposits are verified, balanced and processed according to contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of client funds
- Treasury balancing and float checks
- Management of queries, including teller differences
- Providing feedback to clients and internal support departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cash centre environment
- Ability to reconcile and balance counted products
- Knowledge of supervisory duties and full treasury functions
- Excellent people and time‑management skills
- Ability to work under stress and handle daily challenges
- Professional client interaction skills
