Job Description

One of the global retailer that focuses on casual wear for young consumers is now seeking Regional Compliance & Sustainability Manager to join their energetic team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible to manage of audit scheduling, factory corrective action planning, and remediation
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both Compliance Managers and Senior Management within the APAC vendor base
  • Collaborate with other brands, local stakeholders, and industry groups to keep the US Home Office informed of industry developments for ongoing development of the program in Asia
  • Responsible to manage current Sustainability programs such as HERproject , SAC Higg Index self assessments, and any ad hoc projects
  • As an owner, lead Sustainability on-boarding sessions for new vendors and/or follow up with existing vendors
  • Drive capacity building and training programs for vendors and factories
