- Manage internal and external audits and ensure full SOX compliance.
- Standardize financial processes, enhance reporting, and improve KPIs.

- Deliver executive-level financial insights and performance visibility.
- Lead and develop local accounting teams across multiple sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or audit — ideally in manufacturing or multi-site companies.
- Strong command of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate reporting.
