Job Description
We are partnering with a Tier 1 corporate real estate services provider on a Critical Services Manager mandate, overseeing mission‑critical engineering systems across a Southeast Asia corporate portfolio, based in Singapore .
You will be the regional technical authority for critical environments, safeguarding uptime, resilience and risk control for a high‑stakes corporate client across multiple markets.
What you will lead
- Own the reliability and performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC/ACMV and life safety systems across sites in SEA.
- Set and enforce engineering standards, maintenance strategies and operational controls that drive high availability and operational continuity across the region.
- Provide governance over engineering designs, method statements and work plans from vendors, QPs, PEs, LEWs and consultants, ensuring no new operational risk is introduced.
