Job Title: Regional Director of Operations

Job Location: Elmhurst, IL

Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)

Shift: Shift is fluid; shift will change based upon need

Payrate: $46.00/ hr. on w2



Duties and Responsibilities:



Regional Leadership & Strategy:

  • Provide leadership oversight across all operational functions within the region – including Sterile.


Processing, Transportation, and Facilities:


  • Lead and develop site-level Directors, Managers, and Coordinators across disciplines.

  • Establish regional priorities, performance goals, and operating standards.

  • Align all site operations with company strategy and regional growth initiatives.

  • Drive operational integration across departments to ensure seamless execution.
