Job Description
Job Summary: Ideal candidate has been a successful RDO in the long-term industry for at least 5 years with strong financial performance and ability to build solid teams and will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations for assigned facilities, facility compliance with Company policies and State and Federal rules and regulations and providing the highest quality of care possible. This includes oversight over your facilities assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in health care administration, business administration, finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent long term care experience.
- Licensed as NHA by the state.
- Five to Seven years' experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long term care.
