Job Description
**1.RESPONSIBILITIES (including main purpose of job):**
+ Steers and drives regional exaction of sales and channel excellence roadmap.
+ Develop and implement sales and growth opportunities for assigned distributor aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return within the most effective route and time-frame. Target new business accounts and opporunities as well as existing customers. Prepare and participate in performance review to ensure a constant flow of information between distributor/channel and company
+ Enforce channel discipline according to channel growth and development target regionally
+ Actively manage the relationship with the assigned distributor to ensure alignment with company objective
+ Proceed distributor/channel with the support and information needed to facilitate with their effectiveness
