As the Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for project and process engineering support within the EMEA liquid operations organization. As leaders in engineering for liquid operations, the team guides change through process engineering leadership on the most manufacturing projects for liquid operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness, ensuring processes, technologies, and assets are fully capable and scalable.
- Drive regional productivity and efficiency improvements through structured continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define, standardize, and govern engineering best practices across EMEA liquid operations.
- You will be a troubleshooting resource for non-standard performance in manufacturing
