Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting all AWS data centers and ensuring customers have continual access to the tools that power their businesses.
Key job responsibilities- Manage and oversee compliance with local, provincial and federal environmental regulations and Amazon policy.
- Develop regional strategic programs by integrating with engineering, construction, and operations to drive an environmentally responsible culture.
- Lead regulatory agency interactions, permit evaluation and processing, and introduction of new processes and technology.
- Ensure work performed by contractors, consultants, and employees meets Amazon standards.
- Develop environmental metrics to measure, monitor, and forecast performance.
