1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
● Drive aggressive field sales growth of MMCL products with key emphasis on Coolants and Filters category selling within the assigned region.
● Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective customer acquisition, category penetration, and territory management.
● Develop strong relationships with distributors, garages, workshops, fleet customers, retailers, and corporate accounts to increase market share.
● Ensure achievement of category targets through structured product selling, cross-selling, and market development initiatives.
