Job Description
Under the direction of the Head of Field Service - EMA, the Manager of the MEA Field Service region is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, planning, directing, and controlling the financial and technical direction of the on‑site service business within the MEA region, ensuring customer satisfaction with the technical and operational aspects of the equipment being serviced.
The role requires comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles, supervisory and management skills, extensive customer contact, and the ability to influence customer attitudes towards Elliott and its products.
Key responsibilities include:
