Job Description
Leadership & People Management
- Lead and develop finance teams covering accounting, AP/AR, payroll, reporting and administration.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture aligned with OneEDMI values.
- Act as escalation point for critical or time-sensitive finance matters.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams across different time zones as required.
- Multinational or regional finance experience is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 10+ years of finance leadership experience is required.
Financial Control & Reporting
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for EDMI Philippines entities, ensuring alignment with Group policies and IFRS requirements.
- Prior IFRS implementation experience is an essential requirement for this position.
