About the Role
We are looking for an experienced growth professional to drive enterprise and mid-market pipeline development for our IT and software services business. This role focuses on structured account development, regional opportunity creation, and building predictable revenue momentum across Malaysia and ASEAN markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage enterprise & mid-market sales pipelines
- Identify and map target accounts and decision-makers
- Drive opportunity progression from prospecting to deal closure
- Work closely with delivery and leadership to align solutions with client needs
- Contribute to long-term sales structure and regional expansion
