Commercial Performance Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Curate and lead the implementation of key strategic projects and action plans as a transversal player across the organization, including regional business plan consolidation and presentation, Commercial meetings, network development roadmap, and other regional priorities.
- Support the Commercial & BD Director in the definition and prioritization of the strategic projects and initiatives across Commercial & BD function.
- Orchestrate and roll out BD strategic initiatives (both regional and HQ-initiated), ensuring governance, alignment with business focus, and effective tracking via defined action plans.
- Lead, upskill and animate regional commercial excellence community, fostering strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and alignment across markets, region and HQ.
