Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional:
Develop regional wealth business strategic plan, lead and ensure effective execution of all Priority Banking business initiatives.Identify opportunities for product and process improvements for better wealth solution and increasing productivity.Proactively engage and reach out to existing top and valued customers by attending the customer events.Develop and implement acquisition, referral and Priority Banking customer upgrading strategies to sustain growth in the number of Priority Banking customers in the bank.Collaborate strategically with Management teams of other business segments and sales channels to solicit high net worth referral, upgrade and business opportunity.Responsible for achieving targets and contributing towards the Priority Banking business, in line wi...
