Overview
The Regional Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for shaping and leading ZALORA’s end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard the best talent in the market. This role involves both strategic recruitment planning and direct, hands-on recruitment, alongside leading the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring we comply with local regulations and build strong pipelines for critical roles while enhancing our employer brand. The successful candidate will be a visionary people leader who thrives on building high-performing recruitment functions and driving talent strategies that directly support ZALORA’s overall objectives.
