Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee and drive human resources strategies across multiple locations within a large-scale retail and commercial operations environment. This role will serve as a key business partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and people-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute HR strategies across multiple sites within the assigned region
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsManage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment
