Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resources Head, you will lead a small HK based HR Team and in conjunction with regional offices’ HR colleagues to render HR generalist support to 800 full time and 300 seasonal hires in various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all HR deliverables to internal customers including but not limited to rewards & recognition programs, payroll, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, performance management, training and career development, reporting and analytics, HR information system, legislative compliance, etc.;
