PUMA Gruppe is looking for a Teamhead IT Service Delivery to oversee IT operations in the SEA & Oceania region. This role includes ensuring effective service delivery, managing projects, and leading a distributed IT team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 8 years of IT experience, with 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and ITIL v4 certification are beneficial.
