Job responsibilities Lead and support a regional workplace operations team, fostering excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement in a hands-on manner Localize and implement global workplace operations and experience best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality employee experiences and operational efficiency. Manage regional operational budgets, including cost tracking and alignment with business goals Partner with regional business stakeholders to ensure office spaces, events, and workplace initiatives support business goals and enhance employee experience. Oversee relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency across the regional portfolio.
