The salary range for this position is CAD $55.27/Hr. - CAD $79.45/Hr.

Job Overview

Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Regional Leader, Recovery Services to join the Junction Recovery team. The Regional Leader leads planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Junction Recovery services across all sites, ensuring inclusive, culturally safe, and non‑stigmatizing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organization‑wide leadership in regional program planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and service planning with the Ministry of Health, PHSA, VCH, PHC, and key partners.
  • Coordinate and evaluate strategic and operational planning for specific population groups within the VCH and PHC regions.
  • Act as the strategic liaison across the care continuum, leading others toward advancing provincial, VCH, and PHC program goals, communicating the organizational vision and fostering collaboration.
