Responsibilities:
Coordinate learning administration tasks (course setup, registration, communication, attendance). Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking. Prepare monthly budget reports and maintain dashboards for KPIs. Support vendor management and sourcing processes. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and reviews for global and regional teams. Facilitate performance management, year-end processes, and engagement surveys. Provide regular reporting and analytics to HR and leadership teams.
