Regional Legal Counsel (Asia)

Alliance One International/Pyxus International is an agricultural company that delivers value-added products and services to businesses and customers, and is a trusted provider of responsibly sourced, independently verified, sustainable and traceable products and ingredients.

This role will be based either in Surabaya, Chiangmai or Singapore, depending on candidate selected. Primary responsibility for all legal matters in Thailand, India, Indonesia, China, Vietnam and Singapore. The Regional Legal Counsel will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer of Pyxus International, Inc., with functional responsibility to Regional Director Asia.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing legal guidance and strategic support to our regional operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. The role will involve significant travel to the locations where the Company operates.
