CRITICAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Play a strategic leadership role in shaping and implementing the Company’s asset
management strategy while ensuring contractual compliance and operational excellence. - Lead and mentor maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous
improvement, and professional development. - Conduct monthly GMR 2.1 plant inspections and audits, ensuring timely corrective actions
and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop implementation of Company’s asset management policy, strategy and objectives.
- Manage the maintenance processes to ensure the optimal functioning of production
processes / operations. - Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, contractual agreements and safety
