We currently looking for a Regional Manager for a 6 Months Fixed Term Contract, who will be responsible for leading and driving performance across all Pick n Pay Clothing stores within a defined region. The role provides strategic direction, commercial leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the achievement of sales, profitability, and customer experience targets. This role leads a team of Area Managers and Store Managers, ensuring alignment to company strategy, consistent execution of brand standards, and delivery of operational excellence across the region. The Regional Manager is accountable for overall regional performance, driving growth, managing risk, and building a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
