Business Development & Client Management
- Increase clients, associates, headcount, and permanent placements.
- Build, maintain, and grow client relationships and contracts.
- Identify expansion opportunities, negotiate rate increases, and manage financially viable SLAs.
- Monitor profitability and manage cost to serve.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure clients are serviced according to SLAs.
- Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
