About the Role
As part of our Senior Sales Leadership Team, based at our Airport Oaks head office, you will lead a portfolio of stores across the North Island. You'll create a high-performance, customer-first culture where teams feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
You are a natural leader who consistently drives sales and delivers on KPIs, while actively developing your team through the Bendon career pathway.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Sales and Performance: Deliver sales, budgets, and KPIs across your region by leading Store Managers and driving accountability.
- Commercial Leadership: Oversee P&L performance including wages, inventory, and key retail metrics.
- People and Culture: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50+ across multiple sites, embedding Bendon's values and ways of working.
