ResponsibilitiesOversee leasing activity, building performance, and major project execution across the region.Guide and develop Property Managers, Community Managers, and Building Managers, ensuring financial targets and quality standards.Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Resident Relations, Sales & Leasing, Facilities, In‑Suite Services, and Finance to provide timely information.Ensure superior resident service, maintain building standards, resolve complaints, and support staff training.Manage property operations: inspect properties, propose renovations, authorize contractors, approve invoices, coordinate emergencies, maintain occupancy/vacancy levels, and set rents according to market conditions.Lead and manage the regional team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.Prepare annual operating budgets, monitor financial results, analyze monthly statements, develop underperforming asset plans, manage PayScan, and review rent roll accuracy.QualificationsBusi...
