Job Description
Key Responsibilities Upgradation of old plant facilities through standardization and brown field projects Conduct capacity studies & establish MOST norms to improve plant capacity utilization Develop and implement global industrialization standards Implement layout improvements and space-saving projects to optimize plant material flows and prepare for future expansions Work closely with Design function to prepare in advance plant manufacturing teams for new product technology adoptions Manage regional capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning, budgets, and resource allocation for equipment installation and facility upgrades. Lead automation and advanced manufacturing technology deployment projects across the regional plants.
