Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, overseeing daily activities and measuring results against key objectives.
- Lead comprehensive New Product Introduction (NPI) marketing plans and sustain short‑ and long‑range programs to support sales and revenue goals.
- Manage communications, workflow and priorities with regional HQ marketing teams.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to localize or develop product campaign assets.
- Track and manage the regional marketing budget, driving program execution within budget and maximizing ROI.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with key retail partners through strategic alignment, leveraging technical and creative marketing skills.
- Coordinate co‑marketing activities with regional distributors, channel partners, agencies, and external partners.
- Plan and execute the company’s participation in regional industry or store events.
