  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and ensure creation, nourishment and continuous improvement of visibility of the Bank to the public. 
  • Organize relationship building activities in/for the branch to engage with the existing customers
  • Tracking and monitoring of promotions to evaluate impact
  • Ensure support and facilitate the implementation of local sales & marketing programs & events.
  • Closely work with various departments of the bank and to created new marketing and innovative solutions across the product categories.
  • Engage with various Assets Sales Teams in the locations to plan and execute sales promotion activities
  • Engage with the branch team to plan and execute branch level activities
  • Stakeholder management with special emphasis on trade/Management bodies like FICCI and CII.
