Regional Operations Associate

We are looking for a Regional Operations Associate to act as our on-the-ground representative at an assigned remote base. This individual will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, and supporting essential operational and commercial processes, paperwork, and logistics at the base. What you will do: Serve as the representative for stakeholders and partners in the assigned area, including but not limited to: Local Marine, local authorities, Local National Parks, Travel agents, Hotels, and partners. Coordinate and prepare for meetings and visits involving local stakeholders. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to support long-term relationship building. Assist with local paperwork and administrative tasks, including any required documentation, permits, or reports relevant to the base operations.
