Overview
As the Regional Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our MedComms operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Organisational Leadership
- Develop and execute an operations strategy that supports revenue acceleration, margin improvement, and client satisfaction across the region.
- Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Operational Excellence
- Design capacity models and a scalable operating framework for multi-country delivery.
- Introduce and embed continuous improvement methodologies, standardise processes, templates, and playbooks across markets.
- Govern enterprise project management and resource planning tools; drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and error.
