Overview
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager with a strong maritime background to lead operational performance and service delivery across assigned fleets.
This role is accountable for end‑to‑end fleet operations, vessel provisioning, and full P&L management across assigned customer portfolios. You will ensure the timely and cost‑effective delivery of provisions and stores, while driving profitability, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations supporting multiple vessels across assigned fleets
- Own and manage full P&L performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability across assigned fleets
- Lead end‑to‑end vessel provisioning, including planning, forecasting, and delivery execution
