- Oversee daily clinic operations, manpower planning, staff performance, training, scheduling, attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Business Performance & Financial Management
- Monitor clinic revenue, patient volume, profitability, budgets, KPIs, cost control, and financial performance, while preparing reports and performance analyses for management.
- Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery, investigate complaints and incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, and corporate clients.
