The Regional Reliability Lead Oilseeds EU West is a key change agent in the Maintenance & Reliability function, responsible for driving improvements across West-Europe Oilseeds. This role supports a diverse and multicultural region. It has strong functional influence across plant teams and works closely with site maintenance leaders.

The position is critical in advancing our journey to proactive maintenance, leading reliability assessments, deploying enterprise strategies, and supporting continuous improvement across asset performance and maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reliability assessments; identify and help close gaps in collaboration with sites.
  • Align maintenance capital and operating budgets with strategic goals.
