Identify, develop, and drive the performance of new distributors to expand market reach. Support and facilitate product knowledge training for new distributors and customers. Review and update sales performance reports in collaboration with distributors. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and ad-hoc requests. Provide technical advice and support to distributors, architects, consultants, and contractors. Conduct regular customer visits to address sales and service matters. Prepare costings, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying and developing new business. Ensure all quotation activities are updated accurately in line with departmental processes. Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on must-win opportunities to achieve sales targets.
