Responsibilities
- Deliver on the sales objectives for assigned business unit through strong leadership and effective management of the sales team, diligent business process execution and close collaboration with stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Ensure meeting overall sales objectives.
- Monitors the district’s activities and keeps the team focused on achieving the overall business objectives.
- Manage full complement of sales force in assigned area to carry out and deliver on the KPIs, sales calls, CME activities.
- Develop sales forecasts for all products both near term and long term, and identify/plan the key initiatives needed to achieve/exceed the sales goals.
- In tandem with the creation of the sales plan, also support the planning of the marketing calendar and budgetary spends to drive market share.
