The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team across multiple CU Mart outlets. This role involves strategic planning, regular performance reviews, store visits, and team development to meet company objectives. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term tactical sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor area sales performance to ensure achievement of regional targets.
- Lead monthly regional meetings to review performance, identify challenges, and implement action plans.
- Conduct regular store visits with Area Sales Managers to assess operations and recommend improvements.
- Prepare performance reports and propose strategic solutions to the National Sales Manager.
