Role Overview:

The role manages end-to-end Home Loan & LAP sales for UP East & UP West , requiring strong regional exposure across Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow and adjoining markets . The RSM will lead a high-performing sales team, drive disbursals, build channel partnerships and expand market penetration.
