Career Opportunity: Sales Management Trainee for Future Regional Sales Leadership
PLARIDEL Products & Services Inc. is looking for a driven and high-potential sales professional who can be developed for a future Regional Sales Manager role.
The successful candidate will begin as a Management Trainee for Sales Management and will undergo a structured evaluation and development period. During this phase, he or she will initially handle either a specific product group or a group of special accounts , allowing the company to assess sales execution, leadership potential, strategic thinking, account development capability, and readiness for wider regional responsibility.
Upon successful completion of the evaluation period, the candidate may be promoted to Regional Sales Manager , with responsibility for broader territory leadership, sales team development, market expansion, and achievement of regional sales targets.
