Responsibilities:
Drive sales of accumulator products in the assigned region by developing OEMs and partners, focusing on key clients in construction machinery, fluid power, wind energy, and hydraulics.
Develop, execute, and manage regional sales and marketing plans in line with corporate strategy, ensuring target achievement and resolving on-site issues.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (applications, marketing, customer service, supply chain) to secure resources for market development while adhering to company processes.
Align sales execution plans, marketing strategies, and product initiatives with the team, conducting competitive analysis and developing targeted sales campaigns.
