We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive market expansion across the UK and Ireland through partner development and direct sales, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities into additional EMEA countries over time.The position covers the full Proceq product portfolio, with a strong strategic and technical focus on Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) solutions, supporting infrastructure, inspection, and asset integrity markets.
This is a field-oriented role, requiring close engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and up to 50% travel.
The ideal candidate is a technically credible, commercially driven sales professional who thrives in consultative, solution-led selling and is comfortable in selling complex, high-value technical equipment into professional markets where trust, expertise, and long-term relationships matter more than transactional volume.
