Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales and revenue growth across the construction equipment portfolio: cranes, earthmoving, concrete equipment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Build and manage relationships with contractors, fleet owners, government and large infrastructure clients.
- Lead, coach and grow a regional sales team and supervisory layer.
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans: product launches, demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical product consultation, negotiation and after-sales coordination.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM.
Requirements
- 8‑15 years experience in sales and/or marketing of construction equipment or heavy machinery.
