About the Role
The Regional Sales & Operations Manager will manage all aspects of sales and clinic operations within the Audika retail hearing clinics for the Waikato & Bay of Plenty regions.
Working in partnership with the General Manager, NZ, they will provide leadership, driving a high‑performing team and sales culture for clinicians and clinic coordinators across the region.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage sales and clinic operations for multiple locations.
- Lead, motivate, and coach clinic staff to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a culture of sales excellence and accountability.
- Analyze performance metrics, make strategic decisions, and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate retail, insurance or health care initiatives to support clinic performance.
- Travel to clinic sites as required and maintain flexible hours.
