Responsibilities
- Merchant Servicing, relationship and lead source management to deliver product sales targets set.
- Achievement of product sales targets.
- Management of promotional, entertainment and other spend within parameters set.
- Jointly (together with the National Sales Manager) develop the strategy and execution plan for the sales region under management to achieve the sales targets set.
- Deployment of service models to create efficiency and lower effective cost of sale.
- Promotion of cross sell opportunities within the Merchant base market coverage/sales for region.
- Management of Sales activities to achieve qualitative metrics targeted.
- Oversight of credit champion and BDO activities and output.
- Stakeholder relationship development & management.
