  • Develop and implement the target European operating model for industrial services
  • Lead the transformation from a decentralized, country-based structure to a centralized operational hub in Poland
  • Manage service operations across multiple European countries, including Central & Eastern Europe, the DACH region, and selected Western European markets
  • Integrate processes, technologies, and teams into a unified end-to-end operating model
  • Define and implement operational KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance standards
  • Take full ownership of regional P&L performance, including profitability improvement, cost optimization, and working capital management
  • Drive sustainable growth of the service business and identify new high-value-added growth opportunities
