Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of service execution and process compliance within the region, identifying and reporting service quality issues, following up on major product quality issues, and other anomalies.
- Responsible for organizing system problem/feedback collection and supervising system optimization implementation.
- Responsible for coordinating service resources, identifying abnormal situations such as insufficient and illegal use of service resources, and coordinating resources across departments.
- Communicating and coordinate with China counterparts.
- Other key tasks assigned by the superiors from time to time
