This high visibility leader will develop and drive the execution of the regional marketing strategy for Beauty & Home– a dynamic, innovative and consumer focused business.
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & executing the regional growth strategy for Beauty and Home aligned with the global strategy for each market segment:
- Establish a strong connection/relationship with the Global Beauty & Home business, marketing and technical teams, and align the global and regional strategies that have been developed to date.
- Help coordinating and executing voice of the customer interviews and pipeline previews to strategic customers
- Identify gaps in the regional portfolio and activate regional innovation initiatives that will help winning on the market place
