Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Technical Support & Training Manager who has a solid technical foundation in the automotive industry. Candidates should possess excellent team management, leadership and development abilities, as well as professional technical training capabilities, and be able to independently build training systems, conduct various technical training programs, and adapt to the diverse market and team management needs of the Middle East region.
Technical training system implementation- Internal training system establishment: Establish a comprehensive technical training system for the Middle East region, and compile training materials, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides and other resources adapted to the local market, taking into account both traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, to ensure that the training content is in line with local regulations, vehicle configurations and after‑sales scenarios.
